  3. configuration and management of Windows NT/2000/2003 servers

Configuration of clients:

  1. support for common problems, such as: installation of personal computers and printers, updating of peripherals drivers, hardware failures, configuration of adapters
  2. installation and configuration of ADSL connection to Internet
  3. installation and configuration of modems for access to the telephone line and to the Internet
  4. installation and configuration of network protocols required for using the Internet
  5. installation and configuration of browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla)
  6. e-mail configuration at your Internet provider

LAN management:

  1. PC network connection
  2. configuration of network adapters to workstations
  3. installation and configuration of server and client protocols
  4. local web servers configuration for LAN navigation
